Billing, refunds, and disputes. Fees are set out in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice before work begins. For billing questions or disputes, email accounting@legacyelevatorconsulting.com within 30 days of the invoice date; confirmed billing errors are resolved by correcting the invoice or refunding the affected amount, ordinarily within 10 business days.
Cancellations. Engagements may be canceled per the terms of the governing agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable; prepaid amounts for work not yet performed are refunded, less nonrefundable travel costs already incurred.
Photos. Photos and messages sent to Legacy Elevator Consulting may be retained in our records and used in our materials, including for promotion. Please send only photos you have the right to share.
